fantastic stay!
clean room fine garden fresh quality
Our room was very clean, beautiful, and spacious! it had everything we needed for our stay. the gardens were fine. I liked how well-kept they were. the food was delicious with so much variety. I really appreciated the fresh quality.
the main pathway was close to our patio, so privacy was a little limited.

the room included a king-size bed and a separate seating area. there were two bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe, providing ample storage. a tv was mounted on the wall for entertainment.

the resort is near the ocean with easy access to the beach. a nearby bus stop offers transportation to local attractions. there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, very convenient.

Daily housekeeping kept the room super clean and well-organized. the reception staff was available 24/7, providing assistance with any requests we had. It was nice to know.

the hotel had two large swimming pools, including one designated for adults only. the gym had 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, and weight machines. a spa offered various treatments, which i found helpful.

The main restaurant offered a buffet with many cuisines each night. a beachfront restaurant served italian dishes. there was also a bar near the pool with a wide selection of cocktails. It was nice to have this option.

grateful stay, minor hiccups
dedicated service beautiful grounds
I appreciated the dedicated service i received. staff were attentive and ensured my needs were met throughout my stay. Especially at the spa. the ayurvedic massage from samia stood out. it relieved tension and left me completely rejuvenated both physically and mentally. the hotel grounds were beautiful with well kept gardens and a relaxing atmosphere.
during my stay, i found that the all-inclusive menu had some limitations. for instance, i could not order from the buddha bar snack menu unless i was seated in specific areas. this was a bit inconvenient. the limited menu impacted my dining options.

The staff was very cute and helpful, always available to assist. there was a genuine warmth and professionalism shown by every member of the team. Always courteous and respectful.

lovely grounds perfect beach few sunbeds umbrella issue
the hotel has lovely grounds and a perfect beach. the pools were really good and pretty (i especially liked the quiet pool).
there were too few sunbeds with umbrellas. this caused guests to reserve sunbeds with towels in the middle of the night, but not use them (it's not very nice!).
